Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Effective Date: 8/6/26

Dazzzle Dating ("Dazzzle", "we", "us") is committed to keeping our community safe. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These Child Safety Standards explain how we prohibit, prevent, detect and respond to CSAE and CSAM on our platform, in line with applicable child safety laws and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Adults Only (18+)

Dazzzle Dating is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We enforce this through age-gating at registration: during onboarding every user must provide a date of birth, and accounts that do not meet the minimum age of 18 are not permitted to use the app.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. Any account we believe to belong to a minor will be removed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Dazzzle Dating and will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, text or links.
  • Sexualisation of minors, grooming, or any attempt to solicit, facilitate or engage in sexual activity with a minor.
  • Sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child exploitation.
  • Sharing, requesting or promoting content that sexualises children.
  • Use of the platform by, or impersonation of, anyone under the age of 18.
How to Report a Concern

Dazzzle Dating provides in-app tools that let any user report abuse and feedback at any time:

  • Report: Open the profile of the user you wish to report, tap the menu, choose Report Account, and select the "Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)" category. You can add details before submitting.
  • Block: You can block any user to immediately stop all contact.
  • Email: You can also report directly to our Child Safety point of contact at [email protected].

All CSAE reports are prioritised and reviewed promptly.

How We Respond

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we:

  • Review the report as a priority.
  • Remove violating content and disable the offending account.
  • Permanently ban offenders from the platform.
  • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
  • Report CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or local law enforcement such as the Nigerian Police Force.
Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies in their investigations.
